We will to ship to states with ownership restrictions (e.g. California, New York, New Jersey, etc.) provided all of the following conditions are met:
- You qualify for an exemption under your state’s law.
- Your receiving dealer confirms they are able and willing to complete the transfer.
- Unless you are exempt, any non-compliant magazines are either removed before shipping or your dealer notifies us that they will make them compliant in accordance with the law.
